Traceability for an item starting from order to use in final activity is recorded with complete audit trail for the auditors.

We have a module, ARM; Activity Record management, in the laboratory Information Management System, where all the activities are recorded in real time as according to SOP in presence of a Checked by person. Once the activity is completed the record of the activity including data and report are uploaded in the secured server after reviewed and approved by proper authority. Access to these documents is restricted as per policy and records are kept in paper-free format.

We are in Clinical trial Phase I for several biosimilars with indication for renal carcinoma, Arthritis, Breast cancer, Hematopoeisis, Hypercholesterolemia, Muscular atrophy etc. We are also working with few novel drugs with indication for cardiovascular disease and blood generation.

We have stored all our SOPs, Records and Data in our own Laboratory Information Management software and their backup in servers at different locations. We also have online monitoring system for monitoring and data logging for the freezers, incubators, facility temperature and humidity, which is recording the data 24/7. Any deviation from the reference is notified by central alarm system and relevant personnel are notified by phone calls until acknowledged.
